What is OmniMetrix Engineering Solutions?

We can assist in complex generator or pipeline monitoring projects or create solutions to many other types of mission critical assets.
Do you work on projects that are not related to generators or the monitoring of pipelines?
Yes. We’ve created solutions for many different types of monitoring and control projects including water pumps, air compressors and more. Our solutions are designed to gather data by using dry contacts or Modbus ports and transmit them wirelessly to the OmniView Data Management Center. We are open to discussing a wide variety of data gathering needs.
Does OmniMetrix provide installation services?
We’ll be a part of the design and installation process if needed. All though we do not provide maintenance technicians, we can work side-by-side with your staff or current provider ensuring the monitoring work is completed. For generator work, we have an extensive dealer network and can typically work with your generator service provider.
Will I have to get my own cellular plan to cover the data transmission?
No. Your data transmission is covered by OmniMetrix in the annual Monitoring and Managed Services fee.

Constant data processing through OmniMetrix means that we manage the monitoring, transmission, and user interface so that you can focus on what really matters. Your monitoring will also be complemented with ongoing customer service from our dedicated, US-based support team.
What costs can I expect from using Engineering Solutions?
As with most projects, costs have many variables to consider. After our team has an adequate understanding of the scope of work, we can work to determine a fair cost. Some relevant factors to consider are adjustments to existing hardware, software and any type of IT support needed to complete the project. As long as you’re still actively monitoring, our customer service comes included at no additional cost.

The first step is reaching out, whether it be by calling our office or submitting your information on our website. Providing as much information as possible will go a long way in determining the best path forward for your project. Details such as, what it is you’re wanting to monitor, issues you may be currently having, pain points you are wanting to solve or simply asking if we can do what you desire. After we receive the information, it will then be assigned to one of our qualified engineers on site to further asses the task at hand and provide guidance on next steps.
